SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for that email to arrive.
2. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
- Shipping Methods: We ship via leading couriers (TCS, Leopards, DHL Pakistan).
- Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after processing.

- Flat Rate: ₨ 250 per order
- Free Shipping: On orders over ₨ 3,000
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your package on the courier’s website or via the link in your confirmation email.
5. Shipping Delays
- In rare cases (extreme weather, public holidays, courier strikes), deliveries may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and will notify you if there’s a significant delay.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@hyper-sunk.com.
- We will work with the courier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
