SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Hyper-Sunk. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for that email to arrive.

2. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

  • Shipping Methods: We ship via leading couriers (TCS, Leopards, DHL Pakistan).
  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after processing.
  • Shipping Rates:
    • Flat Rate: ₨ 250 per order
    • Free Shipping: On orders over ₨ 3,000

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your package on the courier’s website or via the link in your confirmation email.

5. Shipping Delays

  • In rare cases (extreme weather, public holidays, courier strikes), deliveries may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and will notify you if there’s a significant delay.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@hyper-sunk.com.
  • We will work with the courier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
